Michael Koontz has served in Christian ministry since 1994 and has spent more than three decades helping people know Christ, grow in their faith, and live on mission. Throughout his ministry, he has served as a youth pastor, senior pastor, executive pastor, director of missions, chaplain, and ministry leader, faithfully serving churches and communities across multiple states.
Today, Michael serves as Senior Pastor of Rehoboth Baptist Church in southeast Georgia, where his passion is simple: helping people love God, love others, and point people to Jesus Christ.
That passion led to the creation of Love Others To Jesus—a ministry built around one simple but life-changing mission: every believer can intentionally love others in a way that points them to Jesus.
Through biblical teaching, podcasts, devotionals, apparel, and practical resources, Michael seeks to encourage Christians to live out their faith every day—not just inside the church, but at home, at work, and throughout their communities.
When he’s not preaching, working with first responders, or visiting schools, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Janet, his son, daughter in love, grand daughter, puppy, and serving wherever God opens the next opportunity to share the hope of Christ.
“Our mission isn’t simply to make a point—it’s to point people to Jesus.”
